The latest UPS weekly surcharge resource file (PSSAX018.zip) will prevent UPS engine versions previous to v2.11.92.11 from starting.
Therefore, if a ProShip server that runs UPS is rebooted, the ProShip EQS service will be unable to start and the server will be unable to ship. If the server is not rebooted, the daily EQS maintenance will fail, but the server will be able to continue shipping.
Please note that the new UPS resource file may increase the amount of memory used by each ProShip EQS worker. As such, please monitor the ProShip server after the update is taken to ensure there remains sufficient memory for the system to run.
The UPS engine v2.11.92.11 that resolves handling of this routing file is available through PS Updater. Please download and apply to your servers to prevent system downtime. You may reach out to ProShip Support for assistance if needed.
